Abbreviations:
k = Knit
s = slip stitch without knitting
tto = thread thrown over as if to purl
n = is to narrow and means to knit two stitches together
Cast on multiples of 9, is knit on 4 needles and completed in 8 rounds.
Round 1: k3, n , tto, k4, repeat.
Rounds 2, 4, 6 and 8: Knit plain
Round 3: k2, n, tto, n, tto, k3, repeat.
Round 5: k1, n, tto, n, tto, n, tto, k2, repeat
