A unique way of looking at cables, a chain like knitted cable stitch!
Cast on multiples of 10 + 4
Row 1: p4, *k2, p2, k2, p4; rep from * to end
Row 2: *k4, p2, k2, p2; rep from * to last 4 sts, k4
Row 3 to 6: Repeat rows 1 and 2 twice more
Row 7: p4, * c6 (slip 1 st onto cable needle and leave at the front of the work, slip the next 2 sts onto a second cable needle and leave at the back of the work, k2, k1 from the first cable needle, k1, k2 from the second cable needle), p4; rep from * to end
Row 8: *k4, p2, k2, p2; rep from * to last 4 sts, k4
8 rows make up pattern.
I adore any pattern that is to do with cable, it looks the hardest, but is actually the easiest pattern to do
