I’m not sure if I’m on the page. Some time between the 10th and 15th of June I came across a pattern of a blanket and it was laid out over a basket. I had to pay for it, that was no problem. Unfortunatly I had no ink in my printer and was unable to print it out. Now I can’t find it to print, could you please send it to me. My sincere thanks Jenny Ainley.
Hi Jenny,
I don’t sell patterns on this site, it must have been somewhere else. This is just a sample stitch with the pattern to create this stitch!
Kind Regards!
I love this pattern and want to put in on the outside of a bag I’m making. Do I just repeat to make it wider and longer? 14×16 I’m thinking.
Thanks for sharing.
I was just looking at the directions to make this afghan and saw that you didn’t specify the amount of yarn needed to make it within the materials section.
This is beautiful! I’d love to make this for a girlfriend of mine who is getting married in the fall. If I wanted to make this twice as wide for a shawl-size, do I just cast on 30 stitches instead of 15? And would I just do the pattern in between the * twice? Thank you so much! :o)
Love this pattern, I’m making an afghan so to make it wide enough do I repeat the 15 stitches plus 2 each time. So repeat is not 15 but 17 st each time. Thank you
Knitting is a right to left process but reading is left to right. In my opinion, written instructions should come with a corresponding graph. It just makes the pattern instructions clearer.
Cast on 15 +2 usually means to cast on multiples of 15, then add 2 stitches. So you could have 3 x15 = 45, then add 2 stitches for a total of 47. If you want it wider, 5 x15 = 75, then add 2 stitches for a total of 77.
