Stockinette Chevron Free Knitting Stitch.
A fantastic chevron knitting stitch for beginners with a stockinette stitch base. Very easy knit stitch to create with an easy to remember two row repeat.
Abbreviations:
k = knit
p = purl
k2tog = knit 2 stitches together
ssk = slip, slip, knit slipped stitches tog. Creates a decrease.
m1r = Make 1 knitwise (right leaning). Insert right hand needle from back to front under strand between 2 stitches and lift the stitch onto the left hand needle. Knit in the back of the loop to form a new stitch

Do you like this yarn?
It is Manos del Uruguay Milo the shade is called Bizance, it’s a blend of 65% merino wool & 35% linen. I wasn’t sponsored to use this yarn, I just came across it at my local yarn store and loved the bright color and rustic look. It has a nice drape to it. This yarn is very nice to work with and has a luxurious feel to it.
